Please read through the important information below prior to your first class or camp.

CLASSES AND CAMPS

Please send your athlete to class with a water bottle.
We are a *Nut-free facility* and have children in our programming with severe allergies to nuts. Please ensure that you do not send any snacks containing nuts. We are working hard to provide a safe and welcoming environment for all children attending our facility.

Clothing Guidelines:

Long hair should be tied up
Wear flexible and comfortable clothing; shorts, sweat pants, leggings and a tighter fitting shirt
Bare feet only

Participants should refrain from wearing the following:

Jeans
Jewelry; dangling earrings, necklaces, rings, watches, etc.
Buttons, zippers or snaps
Belts
Hats
Skirts or Dresses
Ripped Clothing

SPECTATORS

Viewing is to be done upstairs only. No lingering in the front entrance unless picking up/ dropping off.
Parents are not permitted past the green flooring at the front entrance. Access to the gym floor and equipment areas are for Athletes and Coaches only.
Please ensure viewing is done in a seated, quiet and respectful manner. Our equipment area is for athletes only and parents should refrain from walking to and communicating with their athlete unless instructed to do so by the coach or supervisor on duty. This represents a huge safety issue and distracts both coaches and athletes while they are working.

BIRTHDAY PARTY BOOKINGS

After your booking is received you will receive a follow up email with party instructions and links for your guests to be able to fill out their waivers before attending.
